All instructional applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and either hold or be willing to pursue a certification of licensure. Bilingual preferred.

ALL COLLEGE BOUND TEAM MEMBERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Engage in Summer Development before scholars arrive for the school year.
Engage in professional development weekly.
Receive direct support form school leadership, including coaching.
Teach and master their designated subject area and/or grade level.
Work with a team of teachers across content level and grade level.
Engage in designated planning time daily and data-analysis time weekly.
